As title says, I just found out that I had recieved numerous voicemails and never notified of them. I don't answer the phone if I don't recognize the number and figure if its important they'll leave a voicemail. All the calls I've recieved must have not been important, or so I thought until I called my voicemail and had a ridiculous amount that I was never notified of. I have not changed anything that I know of that could cause this. Any help on this issue please?
Voicemail notifications not working
Porkchop Porkchop, I also have a P6pro and had the exact same issue. After contacting my carrier, Verizon, they confirmed my device and reset my voicemail account. Resetting the account did not erase my greeting message or pin. Voicemail notifications resumed immediately. They even help me with testing. They called me back, left a voicemail, I got the notification right away and when I deleted the message, the notification turned off.
Hope this helps.
Porkchop Porkchop, I forgot...I also had to restart my phone after Verizon did their thing.
commodore64 ahhh, I forgot to mention that this is on a secondary profile that I dont get voicemail notifications. If I switch over to Owner then I see them. And all these months later I still dont receive them in secondary profile, so I just switch over to Owner occasionally to check them. Thanks for the reply and sorry I didnt see it for so long lol
Porkchop Porkchop, I don't use a secondary profile, but is "Allow notification dot" enabled in the secondary profile? Check - Settings > Notifications > App Notifications > Phone. Also check to see if "notification dot on app icon" is enabled in Settings > Notifications. (It's towards the bottom).
I have the same issue, did you find a solution? I see the voicemail tab on the owner profile but not on any secondary profile.
