Sporeondeloreon I’d guess the next best thing to do would be to contact google themselves with the sku and or IMEIand hear from them?
I have limited experience with Google tech support, but I think they mostly want to support phones sold by their store and want other sellers (carriers, electronics shops) to support the phones they have sold.
I suspect they may not want to receive inquiries about individual IMEIs.
Can you say what problem you are trying to solve? For example, maybe you want to know how best to buy a new unlockable 7a in Belgium? That might be a lot easier than a very general question.
