[deleted] RRZishe Any particular reason you don't want to use Aurora? Don't know anything about kinginstaller :<
RRZishe [deleted] it doesn't work with Android Auto, I think it's because I didn't download it from the Play store itself
[deleted] RRZishe hmm, I would think it would still work, Aurora is just a front end for the playstore, but maybe not. edit: Have you tried OSMAND?
DeletedUser28 RRZishe Did you unlock the Android Auto developer options and in there enable apps from "unknown sources"?
RRZishe [deleted] 1. I don't like osmand as a GPS 2. it doesn't show up in the app list even if unknown sources are enabled
Aru Osmand would probably suffer from the same issue. Any app not downloaded from the Play Store won't show on Android Auto, unless developer mode is enabled in AA, AFAIK.
5rlyn Aru sort of. Some applications from F-Droid (Metro, AntennaPod, etc) show up in Android Auto with Developer Options enabled. OSMAnd only showed up when installed from Play Store.
beppi Yeah, enabling unknown sources in the dev settings doesn't cause Organic Maps, or even Molly (Signal fork) to appear either
