Tried clearing the cache, restarting the PC, and changing the Browser. Nothing worked

I can not install Graphene on a Pixel 7. I get this:
Error: The requested file could not be read, typically due to permission problems that have occurred after a reference to a file was acquired.

Some Help would be appreciated.
