fid02 There is a glitch where sometimes switching between apps will cause one of the apps to get stuck in the middle of the screen. I can then either reconnect the dock I'm using or reboot the phone to get it to unstick.
Correction: this bug will temporarily go away by simply locking and unlocking the phone screen.
On desktop mode in QPR2: It feels to me just as buggy as it was in QPR1, with the added regression that the mouse cursor will move from the monitor to the phone screen every time you lock the phone. You can then reconnect the dock to make it show up on the monitor again. Moreover, freeform windows make it sometimes impossible to navigate back in apps.
To be fair, they did greatly improve the display experience: at least on my monitor, I now get its native 1920x1080 resolution, and text and images look just as crisp as they do using my Windows laptop with the same monitor. This is a huge improvement.
A note: desktop mode is hidden behind Developer options, and when enabling this you must be prepared for bugs, glitches and otherwise unwanted behaviour, even if you are not running your phone in desktop mode. Things are going to break.
