No more app optimization after update?

In the last two upgrades, I noticed that app optimization was not done either during the boot or after it, as it used to be. did it happen to everyone?

I noticed the same thing. With the previous update, the update, itself, took only moments. Then there was no optimization. With this one (which I got today), the update took a bit longer, but again, no optimization. PIxel 6, Build UQ1A.231205.015.2023121200.

akc3n I didn't pay all the much attention after the update(s). But, AFAIR, I didn't get any optimization status or completion-so-time-to-restart-the-apps notice after signing in. Before these two releases, the notification center would show the progress of optimization and, when complete, a notification to restart the apps. Not so with these last two updates.
