Help install graphene OS

Hi.
I am trying my first install on a pixel 8.
Chrome browser on IMac updated OS14

I keep getting error : time-out of 10000 ms exceeded.
When I try tried ti flash the release.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don’t want to unplug my phone so I’m not sure what to do.

Thanks I found this from biznfo from another chat and it worked :”restarted the bootloader and flashed again. It is running now.”
