Forwarding notifications to a secondary profile

Can I receive specific app notifications (including detailed notification content, sound and vibrate) from my owner profile when I am using a secondary user?
Because I would like to receive emergency alerts while using a secondary user.
I have an app installed in my owner profile that delivers emergency alerts.

TitanMPro No, you'd have to install it in your other profile too.

No because that is the entire point of having different user profiles. They are all sandboxed against one another.
