Hi,
I bought a new Pixel 6a a couple of days ago.
I updated the installed Android 12, upgraded to Android 13 and installed the latest security updates.

I went through the Web installer for GrapheneOS and at some point the flashing (of bluejay-factory-2022090600) stopped.
I tried the same via the CLI method (./flash-all) and the process stopped with:

Any ideas what's going on here?

smexy thanks for linking that I was about to say to @simon that it is likely a non USB standard compliant cable.

A-C cables from Belkin Anker and Aukey are known good ones and the C-C cable that comes with the phones. If using the latter encounters problems with a desktop/laptop install it'll be a faulty config using front IO or a daughtet board in the laptop that breaks the low level standard.

Thank you @smexy and @MetropleX. I've used the original C-C cable that comes with the phone. So I did not expect any trouble. However, I used my Laptop which might be the cause. I will further experiment with different cables and another
PC next week.

I go the same way (Update android 12; upgrade android13; ...) and get problems until I use the chromium browser for WebInstall and use the default settings there =8-O . After this at least the GrapheneOS is running.
