I believe this has to do with the applications being outdated and targeting a lower version of android. You should contact the developers behind them and urge them to update their applications. Another option would be to use Web Apps or just the website if available.
In the meantime, try installing the apps from the Aurora Store without the built-in spoof manager. If that doesn't work, use the spoof manager. If you choose a lower API level, the applications think that you are running an older version of android and will allow you to install older apps.
Note: I am not sure if there are any security risks to using the spoof manager and tricking apps into thinking you are on an older version of Android. If anyone wants to chime in regarding this, feel free.
