Tor over VPN

So I'm looking for advice. Pros vs cons. Also any set-up's that may be being used that I can incorporate into my device. I'm only running OVPN for Android at the moment. I had the Tor Browser on my 3A but abandoned it for just a VPN. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Kryptos I really like using OVPN for Android. I do have the Nord app installed as well. I guess I could rotate VPN apps. Was hoping to find a standalone Tor app I could run over OVPN. Is it worth it or should I just take advantage of the built in tor in the nord app?

Kryptos Also, are you talking about the Nord data breach years ago that people have issues with?

BHydden Thanks for taking the time to post this link. After reading the links posted by Metroplex I decided to forego using Tor. I'm not a politician or activist. I don't don't even look at porn these days. Nothing I'm trippin that hard about. Very insightful links though. Thanks again.
