Can this app do this to my grapheme if its in airplane mode,? The below company (or others like it) could have near unfettered access to location ++++ if the below is true. (Note:I'm tempted to pay the fee and try it on my own device but maybe some here has some input.

    d9780 I would imagine only if you install the app on your phone and grant it the necessary permissions. I don't believe they'll be able to do so just by knowing your imei.

          Changing your IMEI can actually be illegal in many countries. Not that you can't do it, but its kind of pointless.

          IMEI is only used for the purposes of radio communication and old generation communication like linking SIM cards to different phones or getting call data.

          Apps cant access it and changing an IMEI on android requires route permission. Further to this youd need a new IMEI for the same model of phone, and if someone else has that IMEI already, it can cause issues as it's a duplicate.
