Signal notifications suddenly stopped working

From yesterday im not receiving any notifications from signal app, everything was working fine till yesterday and i didnt changed anything.
I have sandboxed play services installed on my owner profile and logged in with a temp mail.
Installed signal from playstore and i only use the owner profile.

Anyone else facing similar issue?

W1zardK1ng I had that happening with WhatsApp. For some reason when I have heavily multitasked or ran an app that consumed a lot of RAM, despite the fact that WhatsApp had unrestricted battery use, it got killed in the background presumably to free up some memory. So naturally it wasn't receiving notifications. I had to wake it manually. That could be one explanation. Sure others will come up with more. To add, I don't run sandboxed Google Play, issue could be there also.

update: I uninstalled and reinstalled Signal app from playstore, and its showed Optimize for missing Play Services and always running in background now.
Did my sandboxed play services got messed?

W1zardK1ng You should not be getting these prompts if you're running Play store version of Signal with Sandboxed Play installed in Owner as you claim.

Btw im not new to graphene os and i never had this kind of issue before.

W1zardK1ng I'm running the same setup as we speak and my Signal notifications working fine but these links might of be of interest. Also, have you tried to troubleshoot?

I just found some posts on reddit, looks like its a signal issue.
Im planning to uninstall signal, uninstall and reinstall the playservices reboot the phone and install signal again to check this.
