Unfortunately these reports suggest hardware failure. I recommend backing up your data and showing the behavior to somebody at a repair shop (who, I suspect, will report seeing very similar behavior pretty much every week).
I believe the GrapheneOS project has estimated there are more than 200,000 users, so it is plausible on any day that a few users of this forum will encounter a hardware issue, whereas if a recent update had caused green-screen behaviors (especially these two different syndromes) it would be likely that the forum would have many reports.
