plzhelpme you most likely can't do much about it, its probably that your account is marked as spam. They aren't 'tracking you' (well, this isn't an aspect of it), your device looks fake to tiktok most likely.
You can't do much about it other then maybe using another android device that would pass play integrity. Its unfortunate but probably an aspect of their spam filter.
