I think this is a nice touch:

use 1.1.1.1 instead of 8.8.8.8 as the arbitrary IP for MTU detection in CLAT initialization

tachi when you say implemented do you mean technically or where the toggle is?

If the latter it is in each apps App Info page.

You can search for individual system apps in search and storage scopes is not a global setting but per app which is why you can't find it.

I cant search for apps like for example Spotify anymore in settings, nothing shows up, and before the updates it did.

Yeah ok but before the updates i WAS able to look up 'storage scopes' in settings, see which apps had this, and add files to the apps through that setting?

On rebooting after the update, I got stuck on the GrapheneOS logo for a good 5+ minutes. I've been using this OS for half a year and I've never seen anything like it. Is this indicative of a problem?

brmpe Same here. Phone's been stuck on the boot screen for 30 minutes. This is my first ever update since I only bought the phone last week but it's not a good sign for the stability of Graphene.

brmpe 4 minutes for me. But that's not any longer than many regular Google Android updates after reboot. You just miss the progress bar.

I suggest a progress bar because it did make me uneasy to stare and try to be calm.

MRegCarter It's part of apps being recompiled as boot, and the more apps are installed, the longer it takes to boot after update.

This is especially more noticable with sandboxed Play apps installed or a major Android version update.
