Hi, I deleted a photo today in error and would like to recover it. I read here that its not possible but I don't really understand why? I tried using an android data recovery tool (not an app, but one for mobile phones). It is not detecting my device (grapheneOS pixel 4a) even though I have enabled USB debugging & dev option, might have something to do with root...am still trying to work out. I could try other forensic tools but want to know a little more about why this might not work either? Kinda desperate, there must be something that can be done ?? Any help would be appreciated
