Google seeing identifiers?

Good day to all my question is can a grapheneOS phone with Google services installed. can Google see the IMEI of your phone and any other identifiers?

The only case I'm aware of where Google can access IMEI is if you install an eSIM. Other than that, sandboxed Google Play Services can't.

This makes me wonder: if you install the play services to install an eSim, then remove all play services apps again, I assume Google cannot further track the IMEI of the eSim and correlate it to your usage of (Google) apps?

SeaSaltIceCream Your SIM doesn't have an IMEI. That's your device's identifier. SIMs have IMSIs, and no, regular sandboxed apps (which Play Services is on GrapheneOS) do not have access to identifiers like that as far as I'm aware.

Both your IMEI and IMSI are broadcasted to cell towers unless you use airplane mode, though, of course.
