I have a Pixel 7, Android 13 that for an unknown period of time has had terrible network bandwidth. I'm talking 1-5 Mbps per second on an 800Mbps line. All my other devices have functioning internet. When I go into the connection settings of the Pixel, it shows I have that 800 down, but not when I go to speedtests. When I enable my VPN service, it gets the same bandwidth as if it was disabled. Other than the VPN service, I shouldn't have any other application that interferes with network connectivity.
I have tried rebooting the phone and resetting the networks, but have gotten nothing.
This is obviously a problem with the OS and if this cannot be solved, then I will be forced to move away from GrapheneOS.
