altair0001 A family member tried that while I was on remote phone support, and had no succes. Worked ONCE and then displayed the rooted message.
And did they clear the app data for it or reinstall it from Play Store and go through the activation again?
woe8r9 Had the same problem that it was not working. This fixed it for me: App info -> Force stop -> Storage & cache -> Clear storage (this will delete all data and reset it). Then i just logged in again from the start and now it works (lets see how long though…). Hope this helps.
Are you in a position to share whether or not you installed Mobilepay from Play Store, and whether or not you were signed in to Play Store at the time you activated the app?
