Changing Layout Settings for 3-button navigation

Is there any way to change the layout of the navigation buttons? For example, having the back button on the right and the switch apps button on the left. Currently it is the other way around by default and I am unable to find any setting to change it. Thanks in advance!

Not possible. You were probably using an OS that changed this from the AOSP default. GrapheneOS won't change this. If an option was offered upstream, GrapheneOS would also have it, but it's not the kind of thing we'd add to the OS ourselves.

The GrapheneOS project is focused on security and privacy. While many UI tweaks are possible, time spent on testing and maintaining such a change would reduce the amount of time available for working on security and privacy.

The web site has build instructions for users who wish to fork GrapheneOS, perhaps to experiment with adjusting the UI.
