Do not disturb setting not working

Hi,
Thé do not disturb quick setting tend to not work on my P7P.
Does anyone experience this as well ? What could be the cause ?

alci what precisely does not work? Are you unable to toggle it on? There is a home screen 1x1 widget: Settings - Do not disturb which is just as quick to bring up. Can you turn it on from there as a workaround? I understand that may not be what you ask, but trying to provide a working solution.

Hello,
I am experiencing the same issue on the pixel 5.
I can toggle do not disturb on/off from the quick settings, but messages etc still come through when it is on.

I am using sandboxed google play if that matters.

Anyone else experience that?

The same for me.

I noticed it when DnD was activated, but Signal messages led to vibration of the device.

I'm on a 6 Pro with Play store and sandboxed play services, latest stable of GOS.

@cyberunkedu @Ralf401 Do Not Disturb has always worked for me as expected. Maybe check if messages from those contacts are allowed: Settings > Notifications > Do Not Disturb > People > Messages. It appears on my phone that the default is to allow starred contacts and priority conversations. Maybe the contacts whose messages are getting through are in one of those categories?

I discovered that it does work, but in a different way than I was used to on other android variants.

I see in settings-> do not disturb-> display options... > custom

There are more specific options on how notifications are displayed or not in DND mode.

On my Pixel 5 the "Do not disturb" shedule just work, when I go into the settings, disable the sheduled job and enable it again, then the phone aktivates the "do not distubre" after 10 P.M.
