That's a bug already opened in Aurora store github repo

Same here on a Pixel 6 a, haven't found a workaround as it seems this is the only vesrion I can install Version 4.2.0 the older versions fail to install. This one installs but keeps on crashing.

xtrox I still had Version 4.2.0 on antother profile that's why I could not downgrade now back with version 4.1.1 it works again.

I couldn't figure that one out either at first. You helped me out on that. I didn't realize the newer version on other profiles would prevent the older version to be installed. Thanks 👍

Hey everyone, I had the same issue and I found a workaround. Here are the steps required:
      1) Uninstall Aurora Store from every profile in your GOS device
      2) Install Droid-ify and make sure it has access to the up-to-date F-droid repository
      3) In Droid-ify, search for "Aurora Store" and open the app page. DO NOT click Install
      4) Scroll down in the app page until you find the list with the previous builds. Tap the 4.1.1 one, it should automatically begin installing (N.B. do not install anything earlier than that because anonymous access no longer works in these earlier builds)
      5) Now the main green app button in Droid-ify will say "Update" (because it sees the 4.2 version available). Ignore that and close Droid-ify
      6) You should now be able to open Aurora Store and set it up as usual. Make sure it does not automatically update to 4.2 (at least until this has been fixed), otherwise you'll have to do this again

this method works thanks, i also use AppGalery (by Huawei) , good collection of apps for example Huawei Health is there which works fine with Huawei Watch - without google play store

I'm on v4.1.1(41), on my Pixel 7. Aurora basically won't load much of anything. It'll show me my installed apps, available updates, and some basic recommended apps by category, but where it should load additional apps it just continuously loads, and searching for an app does absolutely nothing. It seems like it's just not connecting to pull up anything more than what's already cached.

Kottonballs Okay, it looks like mine was a different issue. I'm not on a VPN. I tried clearing cache and rebooting, but no change. I did manage to get the app I was looking for by logging out and then logging back in - still anonymous, but a different anonymous account. I thought it changed the anonymous account whenever it logged back in? Perhaps not, and the account was my issue.

I have the same issue with my P7.
Have installed v4.1.1(41) from both Droid-ify & F-Droid, no VPN, still the same issue you had. Wanted to install Google Camera, but it's not available. In search it just hangs. Nothing happens. At least app update works.

Surprisingly on my P5 with latest Graphene OS zero issues. Works all the time.
