Feature request: wildcard in numbers' blocklist and implement allowlist.

Hi,

It would be nice to have an option to enter a partial phone number into the dialer's blocklist. And to have an allowlist, so a user could only allow incoming calls from specific range of numbers.

I would really second this. Every single day, I receive spam phone calls from unknown numbers. Unfortunately, I cannot simply block unknown numbers, as some calls are valid. However, I note that most spam calls are very similar, with only the last two digits or so changing. Having wildcards for unknown numbers would allow me to list only a few numbers and get rid of 99% of my spam.
I am no developer, but I have used regex before and that would seem rather straightforward to implement, no?

Grodu At the moment the GrapheneOS team is not focused on adding features to the AOSP dialer, in part because it may be replaced instead. But it is possible that a third-party dialer might have more-flexible blocking features.
