Since the latest update l want to add to my prior post with screenshots.
After my initial findings after the latest update l did a flash on my Pixel 9 in case of any corruption during download and installation of the latest update.
All flash operations completed with succes.
Radio A flashed.
Bootloader A flashed.
Bootloader B flashed.
Kernel flashed.
Super images ALL flashed.
Bootloader relocked.
Auditor report done with Attestation monitoring.
Both reports OK.
My findings.
1:
WiFi on owner profile NOT working at all.
WiFi on secondary profile IS working ONLY 2.4 GHz.
Hotspot on owner profile NOT working at all.
Hotspot on secondary profile ONLY working at 2.4 GHz NOT 5 GHz
Prior to latest update WiFi and Hotspot functions worked at BOTH 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz
This is what l am seeing now,
Screenshots,
Up to now there were ONLY two available 'Preferred Frequency' sections, now there are three and the number of 'Preferred Frequency' sections is changing at random even without a reboot.
2:
Vanadium Browser default available DNS services is different from the owner profile and secondary profile.
Up to latest update NextDNS was never made available as a default DNS provider. DNS4EU was part of the default available DNS provider list but NextDNS is NOT made available in the secondary profile list now while DNS4EU is.
Have GOS updated the list to include NextDNS?
If so why is the secondary profile DNS list NOT the exact same as the owner profile DNS list?
3:
When loading any web page on Vanadium there is a delay between the website loading and Vanadium's site control icon loading, 'Top Left of Address Bar'
The website loads first with this site control icon then split second later site control icon loads. Its delayed in the loading. This wasn't the case prior to latest update.
If you compare the binance.com screenshot bottom left to the address bar top binance.com you will see this.
