Do Google Play installed apps get updates if I sign out of my account?

Created a "fake" Google account, installed some apps, then deleted the account. Will I still get updates, or do I need to be signed into the Play Store to get my apps updated automatically?

Another doubt I have: if I have a Play Store app that is only available in country A, and login to the Play Store using an account for country B, does the app still get updates?

F Google and their country / apps policy, one of the reasons I moved to GOS (dumb developers who only upload to certain country stores are also to blame).

If you sign out then no the apps won't update. Also if you have an app from a different region but it is recognised in Play Store regardless then it will receive updates and be updated if signed in. You can also use Aurora store to manually update said app or apps if you sign out as Aurora won't use the seamless update process.
