Hi everyone,
I'm planning to buy Google Pixel 6a and install GrapheneOS, but before I buy, I wanted to clarify: is it possible to force 90hz on Pixel 6a with GrapheneOS? Did anyone try it?

indicozy It's not possible on GrapheneOS, and it is a bad idea even if there was a way to do that in a reasonable manner. The screens used for the Pixel 6a can't handle it. Even if they can definitely do it, they're probably using screens that didn't pass QA to actually be able to handle 90hz and forcing that will destroy the screen.
matchboxbananasynergy talking about that, is there any way I could lower refresh rate (for battery preservation purpose) or is that just not possible and if not why?
