0.5 Sec Delay Typing - Any Ideas ?

Hi All... I flashed a new 7 Pro for a friend, reviewed all the settings as I have done on 4 other installs, (my phone, my wifes etc) and posted it to him on the other side of the country... now when he types ANYTHING, each letter has a 0.5 second delay, making it sluggish and not really usable :(

I dont think it's any apps as it was working PERFECTLY as I did everything... he has NOT installed any more apps, just inserted the SIM and connected to home wifi...

ANYONE have ANY THOUGHTS on what might be the problem... ?

I just found out he added 3 banking apps... ING, AMEX and CITI... any thoughts on if Banking apps could be the problem... ?

Which keyboard app is your friend using? Before looking at other apps, it is probably worth looking at the actual keyboard and its configuration.

Has your friend tried clearing data for the keyboard app?

guser39 Thanks for the reply... I kept it simple for him, so just using the default GOS keyboard ;)
