I've been attempting to install GrapheneOS on a Pixel 10 Pro XL purchased from T-Mobile (SKU: GUL82) and have hit a wall with the OEM unlocking toggle being permanently greyed out. Posting with full diagnostics in case this helps others or someone has a path forward.
Device info:
Model: Pixel 10 Pro XL
SKU: GUL82 (T-Mobile variant)
Carrier: T-Mobile
Status: Carrier unlocked per TLife app and T-Mobile portal
What I've tried:
Confirmed carrier unlocked in T-Mobile's systems (TLife App, and customer support)
T-Mobile Device Unlock app: temporary unlock succeeds, permanent unlock fails with reason codes 08 and 09
Factory reset with T-Mobile SIM inserted before first boot, Google account signed in during setup wizard, on cellular with no filtering throughout
Completed setup fully before checking OEM toggle or connecting ADB
Logcat pattern on clean factory reset with no modifications:
I OemLock: Update OEM Unlock bit in pst partition to false
W ProcStatsManager: No process com.google.omadm.trigger/10172 for service com.google.omadm.trigger.SendNIService
OemLock writes false every few minutes. SendNIService is scheduled via JobScheduler but the process never spawns. This is on a completely stock unmodified device.
fastboot output:
fastboot flashing unlock → FAILED (remote: 'flashing unlock is not allowed')
fastboot flashing get_unlock_ability → 0
ro.boot.vbmeta.device_state → locked
ro.boot.flash.locked → 1
Looking for confirmation on whether GUL82 is a permanently blocked SKU or if there is any known path forward. Thanks a lot. I was super excited to install Graphene on something newer after running it on a 6a forever.
