Battery Drain

Hi,
I am very new to GOS and was just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction on how to determine the culprit / root cause of the battery drain which i am experiencing.

Current build : TQ1A.230205.002.2023030400

No play services / framework installed.

I installed Better Batter Stats (BBS) to figure out my drain. Turned out to be a low quality signal where I put my phone at night.

These permissions are needed if you install BBS:
adb -d shell pm grant com.asksven.betterbatterystats android.permission.BATTERY_STATS
adb -d shell pm grant com.asksven.betterbatterystats android.permission.DUMP
adb -d shell pm grant com.asksven.betterbatterystats android.permission.PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS

adb -d shell settings put global hidden_api_policy 1

System CPU seems to be using a lot of my battery as well and causing quite a drain. It never previously did this and i haven't changed my usage, so I'm not sure if there's something going on with a recent update?

Surreal5954 hold power button while logged in a user account that you want to end. Then popup will appear with SOS, shutdown, reboot etc
And there will be a "end session" button.. thats all

Thxs to Better Batter Stats I was able to locate two apps which were contributing to the battery drain. However as mentioned previously I am still experiencing unusually high battery drain when in idle mode. BBS is reporting a high percentage "Awake: screen off" I have gone through the display settings & gesture settings disabling the features (eg tap to check phone, lift to check phone etc) but unfortunately this has not helped. Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thxs!
