idealizebush are you using a VPN that is connected out of your country? I kept having this issue when I was first installing and was getting the same message from my bank app. Thought it was Aurora and Play Store issues until I realized it thought I was out of country. Corrected the issue when I finally paid for VPN and set it to my country. Instantly the app installed no problem
