Phone is showing the "dieing android logo" and states "no command"

I need help please

I am in the process of attempting to install via the web installer and everything looked ok during the flashing stage until the phone started to display what i believe is called the dieing android logo ( green android robot on its back with chest opened and red triangle) and underneath it just says No command.....on the web installer it just states restarting device and has been like this for an incredibly long time.

For fear of making things worse I have left it as it is....i do not know what to do. Is it as simple as turning of the phone and retrying?

Please help me sort this out..

You haven't done anything wrong. The flashing didn't work though. Reboot your phone into the bootloader interface and flash again.

If you continue to have any issues, pop along to the GrapheneOS room on Matrix (Element). Somebody there will be able to guide you step-by-step through the rest of the installation.
