Hi all, did any of you get this app to work? I downloaded the app and it crashes when you try to log in or open settings. I am using the German app.
I am considering opening a bank account with them, but if the app doesn't work, then I won't.
Anyone using it with grapheme?

I see the app "ING Banking to go" is listed on this website: https://privsec.dev/posts/android/banking-applications-compatibility-with-grapheneos/#germany. Not sure if you're talking about another app or not.
It sounds like the app might be crashing because of a memory bug. Apps with these kinds of memory bugs can crash because of GrapheneOS's secure memory allocator. You can try enabling "exploit protection compatibility mode" here: Settings > Apps > All Apps > *app name* > Exploit protection compatibility mode. Once enabled, try opening the app again.
It is also possible that native code debugging is disabled. Check Settings > Security> and make sure that native code debugging is enabled.
I tried both advices and enabling native code debugging does the trick! App no longer crashes! This actually solves the same problem for 2 other apps that did not work with my phone previously! matchboxbananasynergy Thank you so much, this is incredible!
RubixCube That toggle provides a minor benefit when disabled, but it's intentionally left enabled by defautl because some apps won't work without it. It sounds like you toggled it at some point.
