Xplet1veDeleted I love the privacy focus with graphene but it's so damn rigid and inflexible
GOS is about security in the first place, not privacy, from what I have learned here (despite it goes first of two on project's homepage). Privacy comes along, but not in the 1st place. It is still flexible to an extent (you can't bake in privacy-nightmare Gemini AI into it), so you can re-Google it, but it's your choice and thus other microG "alternatives" are, at least for me, half-solutions. I would better stay with Android A-brands, de-bloat them and control with RethinkDNS as much as possible (vpn, painful Tor browser or orbot, etc).
GOS can become PitA if one wishes it to, but in fact there are limited amount of blockers, so you may want to check here for them.
From what you write, it looks like you may want to consider going this rabbit hole in few steps and start with fresh Google account with Play services and Store, if you can. Use Private Space for it, not a separate profile, as separate profile experience will kill you.
It will take you time to find replacement for your services and apps.
Though it's not that important, if answer to this will be privacy-positive, then you can re-create your PS after each iteration of your improvements in understanding of what you need.
