Setting permission question

Apologies if this has born asked, im a rookie trying my best to transition with a somewhat high threat level. Is the attached photo something I should be concerned about? It seems by there are built in permission that I cannot adjust. I presumed these are to ensure the decide works but how can we verify?

As a general rule, you're achieving nothing by disabling permissions from system apps. The only thing that's going to end up happening is things breaking and us not knowing how to help you fix them, since we won't know exactly what you've changed.

If you trust GrapheneOS, there's no reason to be adjusting permissions or anything else for system apps.

Probably translation is at play here. The 'Phone' app for calls that comes with grapheneos? I can revoke any permission for it. It asks me to confirm and I could change it.

I think AOSP apps like phone automatically have some permissions to function on stock GOS.

Intruder possibly connected via app called quickaccess? It showed up just 15 mins ago under apps I installed but has now disappeared

Really? I don't think GOS ever automatically removes permissions. Android may disable apps which have not been used for a while, but only if you have this feature enabled for this app.

Nothing in your posts so far suggests your device has been compromised. You just seem to misunderstand system apps and permissions.
