I didn't even turn it on. But now instead of the blur effects in the notification drawer, app drawer, and on the lockscreen when entering PIN, it is just the solid black colour. I double checked in Settings that Reduce Blur Effects is off. I rebooted the phone also. But it is stuck on non blur. I didn't do anything prior, so I have no idea what's causing it. Secondary user profiles are also like this
