So for some reason, as of a few days ago, the play Integrity API toggle in the app Info section seems to be missing from multiple apps it used to show up for. The apps haven't been updated or changed, the toggles just seem to be gone for some reason. It's not gone for everything, so the functionality still exists on the device, but for some reason apps that rely on that functionality don't work anymore since the setting disappeared from said apps.

Apps Include chat gpt (yes I know, but it helps me study my courses) and the Uber driver app. Both are missing the toggle after previously having it, and both need it to function properly. Any help or suggestions are appreciated, I did try multiple reinstalls for both apps after I noticed this issue, to no avail. Also tried a device restart of course. I also noticed for chat gpt, on sandboxed play, the download size for the app is only 22 mb, which is significantly smaller than the actual APK file listed everywhere else, so I'm not sure if google play is providing incomplete downloads or if something else is happening. The log for gpt has tons of entries in the logcat saying "failed to find entry classes.dex" which is definitely odd for an app downloaded directly from Google play, especially given I enabled exploit protection compatibility mode. This same issue is also happening on my pixel tablet running GrapheneOS, similar logcat, same file size mismatch, same missing play integrity API toggles, etc.
