The Secret of GrapheneOS and WearOS Compatibility

Hello everyone, new member of GrapheneOS.

First I'd like to thank everyone that has developed, tested, and distributed GrapheneOS. I took the plunge on my Pixel 4a recently, and want to grab the latest Pixel to do the same thing, now.

With that said, I am having issues getting WearOS to work well with Sandboxed Play Store. I can begin the installation and configuration but then fail towards the end.

I've searched on the web for solutions, but many of those messages referred to an earlier version of Graphene and don't really address the issue.

I am using (as I previously stated) Google Pixel 4a, a Fossil Gen6 smartwatch (latest version, completely updated) Sandboxed Google Play, WearOS, and just installed the Google app at Wear's requirement.

Has anyone been able to successfully make these products happy?

I had to replace WearOs on the phone (pixel7pro) by the "Skagen Smartwatches" app from play store after updating the watch (Falster Gen6) to WearOs 3 to get it running.

flambulant Unfortunately that didn't work. I tried both Skagen and Fossil's direct apps. If you have any other suggestions, I'd certainly appreciate it.

I had to grant the Nearby Devices permission to Google - that was required to be installed - as well as to Play Services to get it working.
