Missing option 'Allow camera access when the device is locked'

I want to be able to open the camera when my phone is locked, but I was unable to find an option to enable this. I looked through these forums and saw people talking about an option in the phone settings called 'Allow camera access when the device is locked', but I can't find this option even when I search for it in the settings app. My phone is up to date and I restarted it.

Was this feature removed in an update or am I missing something?
