ich habe ein Pixel9 mit GrapheneOS gekauft und das Login-Passwort geändert, ohne es aufzuschreiben. Nun kann ich mich nicht mehr einloggen. Wie kann ich die Werkseinstellungen bzw. das gesamte System wieder herstellen?

You want to:

a) enter fastboot mode by holding volume down while your phone is booting,
b) enter recovery mode from there (use the volume buttons to switch the selection and power to confirm),
c) hold the power button and press volume up once,
d) select factory reset from the appeared graphical user interface.

a) and b) worked. However, if I hold down the power button and press the volume up button once, it only switches from recovery mode to rescue mode.
When I press power on in Recovery, Rescue, or Restart Bootloader mode, the green Android mascot appears with "No command" underneath. After that, no button responds for 2 to 5 minutes. Then it boots again, or if I press volume down at the same time, the menu appears, and everything is back as at the start.

I can't find the 'factory reset' option at all.

The message "Device state: locked" worries me. How can I unlock the device?

The supplier of the device responded to my phone call today requesting assistance, stating that they would not be able to help until the New Year. Therefore, I am really hoping for your help.

That's too early, you're still in fastboot mode and haven't entered recovery mode yet. Remember you need to confirm the selected option with the power button.

I edited out the other info you posted, we don't need it and some of it is unique to your device.

When the Android mascot appears, you have to press the power button and volume up button again. This brings up the menu from which you can select Wipe/factory reset.
