Hello together,
I use a Pixel 6 with GrapheneOS. There were hardly any apps installed on the smartphone. I installed all the apps I used on the smartphone via AuroraStore. A few days ago, I installed and used the sandbox game Albion via Aurora. When I wanted to start the game one morning and the loading screen was at 99%, my phone screen become black. It no longer starts up. A view hours before my phone got a notification that a grapheneos or some app updates are available.
What I have already tried
- Holding the power button for over 30 seconds, sometimes even over 1 minute
- Holding down the power button in combination with the volume down button (first volume down, then power)
- Power, volume up + volume down, power + volume up
- Connecting the device with 2 different chargers; the PPS charger no longer charges the device, and an old Huawei charger causes the Pixel to heat up after a long period of time.
I have never had any problems with the battery in the past. I usually use the phone in a battery range withing 30-80% to not stress the battery. When the shut down happend i had approx 30% battery left. What could be the cause? Can you please give me some advice on what I can try? Is it likely that this is a hardware issue? Is it more likely that a software or firmware issue is the reason?
