Honestly, every time I see these borderline incoherent posts, I kind of default to PEBKEC. Not to be a jerk, but a well thought-out post explaining what was tried, exactly what went wrong, with a request for help is a lot different from a tweet-thread-style post that doesn't really provide any detail. Was it seven days or two days? Did this person ever actually enter the passcode after setting it up? Why not ask for help here before factory resetting the device?
It sounds a lot like the duress password got entered given the "data corrupted" error right after entering a PIN, for what it's worth to me. That's exactly how the duress PIN presents. There was one guy on here talking about how he had his duress PIN different by a single digit to make it easy to remember. And you know these are the same people that turn on PIN scrambling, and then it's just a matter of time before you fatfinger your phone into oblivion.
Although, I must say, I LOL'd at "worst experimental os ever." Experimental OS was unstable. Behaved like it was experimental and not production-ready. One star. Would not download again.
FWIW, though, I've been daily driving this on my P10PF since the day after the first experimental release, and aside from two kernel crashes and some shared modem platform crashes (both since resolved by the second release), it's been solid as a rock. That seems to be the general sentiment here and in the Matrix room, too. . . .
