I would personally exclude Bromite from the conversation on account of them not keeping up with updates and not tracking stable Chromium releases, which for a browser is crucial.
For most intents and purposes, Vanadium is going to be the best choice. It takes advantage of GrapheneOS hardening directly and has extremely important security features, such as a per-site JIT toggle, which Brave doesn't.
That said, Brave is not a bad choice. It has some basic fingerprinting protections that may fool naive scripts, has adblocking integrated, if you care about that, as well as other features.
You could even use both side-by-side. Can do your everyday browsing in Brave to benefit from the integrated adblocking and other features, but use Vanadium for more critical things like logging into personal accounts etc. where the added security benefits may be more important.
Personally, I just use Vanadium and I'm perfectly happy with it!
