b8r2 I’ve stated the technical details I can share
You have shared no technical details. You shared a highly unreliable and frequently conflicting anecdote and a document of your rights talking to the police which showed no indication of any device being accessed. That is not technical. You confused not GrapheneOS features with GrapheneOS.
Every time you made an excuse about something being incorrect or inconsistent you provided technically impossible happenings or changed the story, up to three times, like with the duress PIN. A lot of "key details" you also never said at the beginning. Why? They're pretty important and you left them out.
You also claimed the device was used very infrequently and locked indoors. If you weren't ever seen with it, it's unlikely it's even key evidence in this accusation. And don't say it being seized is the indicator, because you were charged with premeditated murder, it's a standard operating procedure to take your device past that point.
Your lawyers you claim you have on Twitter are not the cops. They do not have the full perspective of whatever you are accused of nor were they at the scene. To say it's all down to data on a phone in before first unlock with a strong alphanumeric password that cant be brute forced is an extremely unprofessional thing to say, because they rely on your anecdotes and side of the story to defend you.
Even if we tried to say the duress PIN did not work (many people can confirm it does), all the other settings AND your password settings would have kept your data safe. Cellebrite, MSAB and GrayKey are far more reliable and honest narrators than you. You are trying to make up something because you didn't expect to get a warrant.
Go back to Belgium and turn yourself in for your premeditated murder accusation, to either clear your name or to confess your guilt.
If you can't entertain a single smidge of any technical indicator a device was accessed this thread will just be locked with only the proper responses left to it. I will give you time to actually provide a complete history of events, and that once you said them, you shouldn't contradict it. Make up your mind on what happened. This type of dialogue you're making would make you terrible in court.
