You need to enable it for every camera you use.
It is not at the setting application level but rather in the setting for each of your products.
When you are in the general view, click on the gear icon just above the thumbnail you want to edit, then here you can enable push notifications
I have reolink cameras at home and the push notifications work on both my GrapheneOS phones
