Being interrogative and having the will to learn is anything but incompetence, that is how we all learn security and alertness, it is a very competent trait actually, I recommend you to keep doing that and be properly informed, I do the same as well.
I think those are mirror servers for the GrapheneOS updates, not sure though, I am merely a humble user.
