The thread I linked to is about the issue occurring sometimes on devices that have two languages enabled, the enabled languages sometimes get mixed in the UI, with some parts in one language and others in the rest. Is this what you have? Do you have:
- two languages enabled, and
- the UI only switches partially the language mixing them up, and
- the unexpected language is the other language enabled in your settings?
