Since GrapheneOS seems to be making an amazing leap towards supporting Pixel 10 devices (and my other two Pixel 9 devices broke for some reason - perhaps you can help me figure out what happened: https://discuss.grapheneos.org/d/28239-pixel-9-pro-xl-and-pixel-9-pro-fold-recovery-please-help), I would like to know if the Pixel 10 camera's AI credentials are truly untraceable, as Google claims, and if the Pixel camera on GrapheneOS supports them at all. I don't need such proofing capabilities, and I would prefer a stripped-down system that supports privacy (unlinkability between pictures).
Note that I am aware that, for very high threat models, the camera sensor itself could create a unique fingerprint; therefore, no picture from the same camera is truly unlinkable. How do the Pixel 10 and Google's new feature play into this with the new AI credentials?
Second, I am aware that Google describes its system as "untraceable," which is good for privacy. However, I am always cautious about what Google's marketing team claims and how it actually works in the real world. I would really appreciate it if someone here could help me find clarity on this matter.
