GrapheneOS timezone spoofing for apps

Does GrahpeneOS spoof device's timezone to native apps?
I personally got a samsung and AFAIK apps on android with no special permission can get to know what timzone your device is on. is there any way to spoof that on GrapheneOS.
Just to make it clear, I'm talking about browsers, I'm talking about native apps
