Withings App

I use the Withings health app and and am trying to sign up with one of their partners through the Withings app.

The app asks for permission to share data between the two apps then tries to send me to the Google Play Store to download their partner app but I get the following error:

The webpage at intent://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.heydune.patientapp&pcampaignid=web_auto_redirect&web_logged_in=0&redirect_entry_point=dp#Intent;scheme=https;action=android.intent.action.VIEW;package=com.android.vending;end could not be loaded because:

net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

Is this an issue to the Withings app or something related GrapheneOS?

It probably sends you too an outdated URL or region locked. Perhaps try figuring out the app name and entering it directly.

I tried. I have it downloaded but the withings app tries to send me to the Play Store anyway.

419047 That's odd, the app comm bridge should work properly and transfer data. Is it only GOS or Stock is also affected?

Sometimes this kind of weirdness happens if Play Services and Play Store are not installed and enabled.

I'm at work right now but I'll see if it works on an older phone I have at home as soon as I get back.

Tandara I tried loading the app on an older phone and found that the option to connect to their partners was no longer there. I contacted Withings support who had me uninstall and reinstall the app on my Pixel 9 XL Pro and the option disappeared there, too. The support tech was surprised by this and has requested some basic info (Phone model, OS version, app version) and has escalated the ticket. I have no way to be certain but I suspect this is an issue on their end but I'll keep you posted. I appreciate your help!
